FTLI
Washington University is dedicated to developing the next generation of academic leaders through a robust suite of formal and informal leadership development opportunities. Inspired by the talent that exists in our community, we are actively investing in our faculty and staff.

The application process will open May 28, 2024 and close on September 30, 2024. Applicants will be notified of decisions by the end of October 2024. Applicants should have one reference letter from a WashU faculty or staff member sent to vpfad@wustl.edu by September 30, 2024. The letter should address their interests and strengths related to academic leadership.
Because this is a competitive program with a limited number of spaces, those selected must commit to attending at least four of the five sessions in addition to the Kick-off Dinner.
