MENTORING MATTERS at WashU

Elevate your mentoring expertise with our exclusive, full-day intensive proudly presented by the Office of the Provost at WashU.

Our curriculum features five essential modules developed by the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER), now further enriched and customized for an unparalleled professional development journey. This intensive is tailored for WashU faculty dedicated to mentoring graduate students and early career faculty, offering a unique blend of theory-based exercises and case studies proven to enhance your mentoring impact. Join us for a transformative experience that promises to refine your skills and expand your mentoring capabilities.

Faculty who complete the mentoring intensive will receive a Level 1 Mentor Certificate of completion, and their names will be listed publicly at mentoring.wustl.edu.
