Amy Eyler is an associate professor in the Brown School and a Faculty Development Fellow for Gender Equity in the Office of the Provost. As a Faculty Development Fellow for Gender Equity, Amy uses her background in research and evaluation to assess relevant gender equity issues and identify needs and gaps in areas of Professional Development, Mentoring, and Culture & Climate at the university. Amy works with her colleague and Fellow partner Professor Stephanie Kirk, and Vice Provost Adrienne Davis to recommend and implement strategies for improvement.
