“Candidate Selection & Interviews” will share resources on and have conversation regarding: Moving from long list to short list, Interview Questions: Do’s & Don’ts, and Interview Questions: Zoom v. Campus Visit.
“Making Talented Candidates Feel a Sense of Belonging” will include tips and discussion on: Recruitment throughout the search process, Creating an inviting campus visit process, Negotiations with candidates, and Campus resources.
