The Office of the Provost is excited to announce the Spring 2023 CIMER workshop series for WashU faculty mentoring graduate students. These workshops are open to faculty on the Danforth and Medical Campuses.

WashU faculty and staff who are certified facilitators through CIMER will co-lead workshops covering four modules that explore CIMER’s core competencies for effective mentoring: addressing equity and inclusion, maintaining effective communication, aligning expectations, and articulating your mentoring philosophy and plan.
