This program is open to early career tenure-track faculty. It will provide participants with group based mentoring opportunities and access to career development workshops designed to enhance their professional and personal success as assistant professors and untenured associate professors. Topics will include navigating the tenure process, developing a research and publication portfolio, and balancing teaching, research, and service. 

Please note that you are expected to attend monthly 90-minute meetings during Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 for each mentoring group. These meetings will be designed to accommodate participants’ schedules.
