This program is open to early career tenure-track faculty. It will provide participants with group based mentoring opportunities and access to career development workshops designed to enhance their professional and personal success as assistant professors and untenured associate professors. Topics will include navigating the tenure process, developing a research and publication portfolio, and balancing teaching, research, and service. Priority registration deadline: August 1st

Participants will be asked to commit to attend monthly 90-minute meetings during Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 for each mentoring group. These meetings will be designed to accommodate participants’ schedules.

Faculty who have not participated in a mentorship program before will be prioritized. If you have any questions, please contact Cecilia Hanan Reyes, Program Manager, Office of the Provost.
